About us
Based near the beautiful market town of Saffron Walden, Porterhouse provides Quantity Surveying, Estimating, and Project Management services for property developers and contractors. Much of our work in focused around projects in London, the home counties and East Anglia, although we're happy to provide services further afield.
We provide cost advice for new build, refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects of any size, across a wide range of sectors including housing, education, health care, commercial & retail.
The company was founded in 2011 by William Porch, a respected figure in the industry with a wealth of knowledge, which is no surprise considering William's family have been entrenched in the construction industry for nearly a century.
