Case Study – Family Mosaic Internal Improvements and Minor Works Contracts

Porterhouse was employed by STV Construction to initially tender for the Internal Improvement (Decent Homes) and Minor Works Contracts, and after successful tender process we were appointed as project Quantity Surveyor.

Internal Improvements to Kitchens and Bathrooms, and Minor Estate Works, Family Mosaic, South East London, £13 million 
 

The works consisted of internal improvements to social housing units including kitchen and bathroom renewals, electrical re-wires and full plumbing installations. The minor works contract consisted of general multi-trade estate improvements. Porterhouse successfully tendered both contracts and were appointed post contract Quantity Surveyor taking the project from procurement stage through to final account.
