Porterhouse was employed by T H Kenyon & Sons Plc to produce a full tender for the refurbishment and conversion of a Grade 1 listed building for the Bedford Estates.

Conversion of offices into 7 self contained flats in Bloomsbury Square London, Bedford Estates, Bloomsbury Square, London, £2 million 
 

This conversion project consisted of sensitive demolition and alterations befitting of a Grade 1 listed building, the restoration of existing joinery, decorative plaster and metalwork, new partitions and ceilings, complete renewal of the electrical & mechanical systems, roof repairs & renewals, and new finishes throughout the building.
