Porterhouse was employed by Kier as estimator for this iconic commercial redevelopment of 58 Victoria Embankment. Porterhouse produced a successful winning bid and Kier was appointed to the scheme.

The project consisted of retaining the front façade whilst demolishing the existing 53,000 sq ft building to the rear and replacing with a new 9 storey building including a new atrium, glass lifts, open plan office space new mechanical and electrical installations.
